LTD.EDITION BAYLINER COMMAND BRIDGE D4.2L 220 TURBO ACThis beautiful has been very well maintained through it's life, and boasts white leather head lining as part of being a LTD edition. The Bayliner named JER was on dry dock when I purchased her November 2014 so I could see all around her before I brought her, I had the boat polished, valeted, the hull was sanded back and repainted with anti foul paint. then I had a full service to the engine and sterndrive was removed checked over repainted then replaced. New hydraulic rams were fitted to sterndrive unit. I then had the bout transported to Albufeira marina where she is berthed today. A year later was contracted a virus which left me paralysed from which I am still recovering. I had to return to the UK for further treatment, but I had to go out to sea one more time. So I asked so friend to take me out on JER which they readily obliged. After a short time at sea we noticed a water leak from the exhaust out let, so we returned to the marina. When the engine cooled I checked the oil and water levels and all seamed good. I returned a few day later to find the water level was down and when I checked the oil it had water in it. So this is where I had to leave it and go back to UK. If in your biding you allow for repairs or even to drop a second hand engine in place. The top canopy needs replacing, so allow for a second hand one of those too.
