I bought this boat about five years ago with the intentions of putting a vintage motor on it and storing it on my boat lift. I have too many projects and far to busy to use the boat. I installed a 1987 Mercury 50 for resale purposes as not everyone wants a vintage outboard. The boat was built by Sorensen apparantly a well know builder of fine race boats. The fit and finish is by far some of the best work I have seen come into my shop. It has been garaged stored since I bought it. The interior is as new. The trailer is in excellent condition. The motor has been gone through and runs excellent. Compression is 125 on all cylinders. Will test run for serious buyers. There is a full custom mooring cover. Not desperate to sell so I will not entertain low ball offers. The asking price is fair and you could not build the boat for what I am offering it for. There are several youtube videos of Zips in action with various power on them to see how they perform and how they perform.
