Send email for last survey in 2013, see 100 pics listed on POP, or the video ..............I have owned her for 13 years and maintained the engine logs, kept oil changed every 100 hours ,amazing how I could cruise at 10 knots and burned 16$ a hour in fuel for twins diesel. sounds amazing but true, the huge salon is like one of a 50 plus footer ,twin flip flop 12vt 110 fridge/freezers kept my food good on my daily charters.
she is only 40 feet but with pulpit and swim platform pushing 45feet has a hefty beam of 14feet duel tanks 200 gallons ,beautiful 3 quarter inch tongue grove oak floor ,very comfy loved.
Has two heads (one needs a bit of work as never used)one in the bow has private walk in huge shower with bench three showers hot water heater. Just took her out of the water and did her bottom, Bought new circulation pump for Digital air conditioning system
Yacht cools wonderfully ,tons of storage cabinets ,actually a very large boat ,I always thought of her as a mini hatteras and very sexy girl, spent few thousand on up grades just this month her bottom cleaning was done and have fresh zinks ,running gear is perfect, just needs a new update look in the interior. Sitting at the Key West City Mooring field 330$ a month. Slips in Key West go for 1400$ a month or more or take her to Key Lago for cheaper. Call 305-619-0731
