Crocker 16' catboat all traditional wooden construction. Cedar planking over oak frames cotton caulked.  Needs garboards , gaff , boom and sail  . comes with hollow birds mouth mast Texas title for boat . trailer with bill of sale. I have plans including sail plan,  to help finish. I sailed this boat for many years , but I have too many other projects at the moment .
