It has been operated by the same captain for the past 15 years.    It has been in fresh and brackish water all of its life and all of  the stainless steel is in perfect condition.  No blistering or delamination  is to be found anywhere on the hull or deck. It was originally  purpose built at the factory to full charter boat specifications and commercial upgrades were added to meets or exceed all the USCG  requirements for  an inspected vessel  with a 49 passenger ratingincluding stability tests, blue prints and 61 stowable type 1 offshore life vests.    The master suite looks as though nobody ever used it. Lots of potential here with minimal investment. Perhaps a waterfront business such as a hair salon or a restaurant with its twin commercial microwave ovens and side dual commercial refrigerators.
It has a pair of top running Cummins  twin 420 hp inline 6 cylinder diesels. (3476 hours)  These are the top of the line Diamond series and they'll push her along at a 14 knot cruise with more steam in reserve if needed. They are very economical to run and maintain. The fuel capacity of 600 gallons allows for long range passages. It has a top running 15 kw Westerbeke diesel generator  (5776 hours) which puts out enough juice to run 4 digital air conditioning and heating  systems, 3 commercial refrigerators including a beer keg system plus an extra refrigerator on the bridge.          Electronics  and systems are all functioning and include- Autohelm auto pilot with remote. Mathers micro commander controls with a remote, Raymarine Radar, Garmin color chart plotter,  vhf radio, remote searchlight, docking lights, powerful sound system,  2 depth sounders, TNT power lift swim platform with removable dinghy davits and 4 zone ac/heat units with digital thermostats (including a unit on the bridge) ..  A 50 Inch LED smart HDTV  in the  salon and 19 inch TV in master suite.  All the electronics, instruments, lights and gages operate correctly. there is a set of spare propellers stainless galley equipment and a built in beverage blender.  There is a trash compactor and 3 electric flush heads.    There are (2)  4 D main starting batteries  (6) group 24 house batteries.. The salon bar  galley area is one large open space continuing on to the slider to the aft deck.  The bridge is covered with a hard top.  It has a wide open design with perimeter seating. There is 3 stairways leading below. 2 to the side decks and 1 aft. The bridge cushions were recovered  and the helm eisenglass enclosure replaced recently.        This vessel had  been  overly built  from the already high standard of Bluewater Yacht in order to  meet or exceed all USCG requirements for inspected passenger chartering and has always been captain maintained with an open check book.     If your seeking the live aboard way of life you may find that this multi use vessel will suit all of your needs and allow you plenty of room to stretch out. .         She is located  in Boston Harbor.  The mooring is paid for through November 1st and winter dockage is available or she can be delivered as far south as Key West  if desired.   Please remember that It was a fresh water yacht for most of its life showing no salt damage or stainless steel pitting as is the norm in New England, It was  hauled 2 weeks ago for inspection and new bottom paint was applied..      A video brochure as well as more photos are available are available by request
