This 46 ft. yacht is suitable for restoration or salvage. It has only one good engine, a 500 hp Yan Mar diesel, new in 2004 but with less than 2000 hours. Its mate requires a complete overhaul. Repair cost is estimated at 30 to $35,000. The vessel was custom built on a 42 ft. Cigarette deep-V hull to which a 4 ft. bustle was added to permit surface drive configuration with fixed rudders, and creating an aft cockpit for fishing activities. Initial construction cost was @$300,000. It was designed for fast, safe cruising, comfort for 4 to 6 persons, efficiency and security in remote areas of the Bahamas. On board equipment, all in good operating condition are: Phasor 8.5 kw generator, Technicold cold plate compressor driven refrigerator, freezer and ice maker, Cruiseair conditioning, 23" Nibral four bladed Rotella propellors incl spare (for 2" shafts), Maxwell electric windlass, Horizon water maker, hydraulic steering, Robertson 21 autopilot, halon automatic engine room fire suppression, three 3D gel batteries, Furuno radar and GPS, ICOM VHF, half tuna tower, Lexan dual burner halogen stove top, large stainless steel galley sink, 50 amp service with shore cord, Xantrex inverter/battery charger, Pathfinder AC/DC heart interface, full cockpit canvas, new interior and exterior upholstery and many extras as I have to exit boating.
