Our family recently purchased a home on Norris Lake in Jacksboro with a dock that cannot accommodate our boat and needs. (aka wants). The dock is in need of a little TLC and could easily be done by someone that knows what their doing. The swim platform (16' x 20') is new with an aluminum frame, composite decking, slide, metal frame shade area with roof and new floatation (Great condition). The 2 slip dock (30" x 24") has a steel frame, composite decking, 2 heavy duty tiger winches and 1 deadman winch. There is a lift that has fallen off the front hinges of one of the slips but could be repaired and used. One of the corners of the dock where a winch is located needs repaired. The walkway has newer floatation with composite decking and works well. Buyer is responsible for pick up. (I am traveling the June 11th-24th so replies may be a little slow)
