Inventory # 10035 Location: Woodbridge, VA General Description: This 1988 44' Nova Marine Embassy Sundeck Aft Cabin Motor Yacht partially submerged when vermin had eaten the port exhaust transom connection/flap, allowing water to enter the vessel. Hull in fair condition with chalky gelcoat. Hull shows very minor cosmetic damage. Port propeller shows 1 blade damaged and 1 trim tab cylinder leaking. There is some marine growth and brown staining on hull. Some decks painted finish which is worn. Gelcoat oxidized and some core damage by anchor windlass. Water rose approximately 3.5’ above cabin/galley soles. All the electronics below the deck to include air conditioners, engines batteries, cabling, switches, and macerator pump and holding tank submerged. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection. Fireboy Halon system in engine room, not tested. Other: AC/Reverse cycle (2) appear in fair condition, not tested. Aft deck plexiglass enclosure shows minor damage in the form of short cracks in some of the panels. Anchor locker Arch in fair condition Bow pulpit Gauges and controls in fair condition for age, not tested. Flybridge in fair condition Rubrail in fair condition Stainless steel hand rails and hardware Swim ladder in fair condition Swim platform in fair condition but core is wet. Transom door in fair condition but the fiberglass lower aft deck enclosure which the transom door is mounted in shows to be cracked around the transom door. Transom shower in fair condition. Trim tabs, appear in fair condition, not tested but one cylinder leaking. Upholstery, exterior, in fair condition for age Water heater, Raritan, submerged, appears in fair condition, not tested. Wet bar with sink and U-Line Icemaker in cockpit Windshield in fair condition for age Other windows in fair condition but one starboard window cracked. Wing doors The VA title for this boat is branded “DAMAGED”. Florida 6% state sales tax will apply for Florida residents. Storage charges will accrue after the 10 day grace period. Generator / Battery: Onan 3 cylinder generator submerged. Generator preserved. Generator appears in fair condition but not tested, condition unknown. (2) batteries submerged, appeared in fair condition, not tested. Statpower 40+ charger.
Electronics: Electronics on Flybridge: Icom IC M602 VHF, Garmin GPSmap 3210, Furuno FCV 667 Video Sounder, Furuno radar. All electronics appear in fair condition but not tested. Other electronics: Kenwood stereo/CD, remove search light, electric fireplace, (2) LG portable AC units, not tested, condition unknown.
Galley: Galley with stainless steel sink, storage, Hamilton microwave, Princess 3 burner stove and Vitro refrigerator/freezer. Appliances submerged, not tested. Interior with salon, wood trim, convertible dinette, forward berth, aft berth with ensuite head and guest head. teak and holly flooring. Upholstery in fair condition, some staining. Headliner in fair condition. Carpet mostly removed.
Ground Tackle: Windlass (no ID visible) in fair condition, not tested.
Canvas, Mast Rigging, Sails: Bimini frame and top in fair condition. The windshield and side window covers are in poor condition.

The winning bidder ("buyer") is allowed an inspection period to verify that the item substantially complies with the published description. A buyer who has inspected an item prior to final bid shall be deemed to have accepted the condition of the item at the time of the inspection but may reserve inspection following close of the auction only as to any changes in the item between the time of the initial inspection and a subsequent inspection made within the time for voiding the sale as set forth herein. The time period for voiding the sale and giving notice to USauctions of such ends the earlier of the time buyer ships or otherwise takes possession of the item, 24 hours following actual inspection of the item or 10 days following close of the auction.
