There are three sets (possibly 4) of sails, dolly, center board, rudder & everything one would need.I bought this boat in the middle of last winter after seeing just the photos. It was all wrapped up for storage when I bought it so I didn't unpack it. The owner was very involved with the Long Island racing association and I took his word that it was in good shape. It is nicer than I thought and I'm SO disappointed that my son can't use this in his division. Several people said "it's like bringing a shotgun to a knife fight".
