Rare 23 foot Mid-Cuddy in good overall condition and great mechanical condition.  454 Magnum with Bravo One drive (Replaced in 1995 with new motor and outdrive as previous owner tried to put nitrous on the boat.  I am the second owner and the engine and outdrive were brand new when I purchased the boat  (had yet to be used by the previous owner)).  5 blade S/S prop, trim tabs, am/fm/cd, ship/shore radio, depth/fish finder, dual batteries with control switch, wakeboard tower, bimini top, camper enclosure, boat cover (both trailer and mooring), dual axle trailer w/ ceramic brakes.  I have owned this boat for 22 years and hate to part with it but downsizing.  It has been the most versatile boat I have ever owned and the envy of many.  It has sat for 1.5 years and decided its time.  Went out yesterday and it fired right up!  Has never let me down.  A small section of the floor in the mid cuddy will need repaired (It has needed repaired for about 10 years, but I always stored the porta potti there and never needed to address the issue).   There is also a small area in the engine area that needs floor repair (again has been there for 5 years and not in the walking path so has never presented as an issue).   Doesn't have an hour meter but normally made it out 5-10 times per year to wake and kneeboard (usually just Sunday mornings).  The boat needs a good scrubbing for sitting so long.  Normally keep inside but last year barn wasn't available so sat out for the winter (is why its dirtier than usual).  Not a super fast boat but currently propped for skiing and usually tops out at about 55-60! I rarely run this boat above 34-45, as it is usually on a small lake and my thrill is on the board, not with how fast it will go.  Three blade prop will get you to the low to mid 60's if you want speed.   Will pull skiers with the boat full of people with no problem using trim tabs.  Gelcoat currently faded from sitting for so long but usually buffs out to a beautiful deep blue.  Majority of interior has been replaced over the years and is in general real good to great shape!  Listed as 23 ft but length does not include swim platform.  By "todays" standards this boat is 24.5 ft
