Welcome to the reluctant sale of our Avon RIB. Unforeseen work commitments mean that we won't have time to take her out and so we've decided to let her go instead of just letting her sit there unused. These boats have a unique flooding hull - at rest, a compartment under the deck fills with water and keeps the boat stable. This water drains out of the stern when you move off. Sounds crazy but it works really well! (You can cover the entry and exit holes if you don't want this feature) The tubes have one or two patches here and there but there are absolutely NO LEAKS. The engine is a 2 stroke 40HP Evinrude with electric start and electric power lift plus auto lube so you don't have to mess around mixing fuel. It's all done for you. Just spent over £300 on a service with local marine engineers (bill to prove) to prepare it for the summer. As you can imagine, this boat is quite nippy and has no problem pulling wakeboarders or water-skiers.The galvanised trailer was made by Tyrone Snell Trailers of Penryn Cornwall and has two brand new wheels and tyres fitted that have not yet been on the road (plus a spare). They had new bearings at the end of last season. There's a heavy duty tow hitch and jockey wheel with pneumatic tyre.All ready to go, just bring some straps and a light board. Cash on collection please. We are situated in Cornwall about 20 mins from the Tamar Bridge at Plymouth and about 15 mins from the A30 Bodmin exit.Thanks for looking.
