NB RIVENDELL Fixed week (36) September Saturday 9th for 1 week. Rivendell was built in 2005 by Dursley boat builders, 58feet long Donegal Green Traditional stern and layout, Mitsubishi M4 engine, Alde central heating, sleeps 6 2 in rear cabin, 2 on fold flat chairs and 2 converting dining area.Layout, forward saloon with Wood/coal burning stove, TV/DVD and radio, central dining area, galley with 4 ring hob, gas grill and oven, free standing fridge with ice compartment, shower room with flushing pumpout loo and rear cabin with extendable to 5ft mattress. The boat is currently moored at Aqueduct Marina near Nantwich but will be moving to Alvechurch Marina south of Birmingham in August.Maintenance fee is £300/week owned and the boat is self managed, owners are expected to share some of the work involved and arrange service if requested by the boat engineer, we have a regular AGM, where maintenance and Boat mooring location are routinely discussed, boat moved every 3 years. Boat was re-blacked with 2 pack epoxy paint last winter. Boat available to view on most Saturdays (changeover day) through the season. Price includes maintenance fees paid until July 2018. Payments Cleared cheque or Bankers Draft.Boat is advertised elsewhere so may be withdrawn without further notice.
