Also has AC and heat!!!REGESTRATION FOR THIS BOAT IS ONLY 5 DOLLARS (antique vessel clause per Florida state). *there is absolutely no rot Or fiberglass delamination on this boat and was thoroughly checked in recent survey which can be provided*All seacocks -related fittings and hoses are only a couple years old with new thru hulls.Yanmar diesel engine was completely rebuilt less than 100 hrs ago with new shaft, shaft seal, refurbished propRudder was replaced with new and whole steering system gone through.A/C unit is fairly new and has reverse cycle heat (like a heat pump- no hot heating element to create fire threat)All the a.c. 110v wiring is fairly newFresh water lines are new, washdown pump is new, fresh water pump is new....More new things: battery charger/power supply system for 3 individual new batteries with all new wiring.marine head is manual hand pump and is only a few years old all waste water lines and fittings are as wellLed lights everywhere as well as some normal bulbs here and there.Bow and aft cabins have new cushions with memory foam, all other cushions are fairly new.Sails are a few years old and running and standing rigging is all in great shape, standing rigging was completely redone locally at zern just over a year ago.Currently I live on this boat at palafox pier and I take it out all the time so it's hit and miss on whether it is cleaned up enough to show someone just let me know.Bottom paint was some really good stuff and is in great shape.The boat has a nice claw anchor with about 150ft of line with another 200 to 300 ft stored in the aft compartment.Boat does not have any depth instruments or GPS, I just use my phone and local water knowledge- never ran aground.Only things that need done on this boat is a good cut and buff job on the hull to make it shinny again, some of the non skid areas have a little bit of blue paint flaking but there's still good paint under it (it's as if the last coat didn't go on right but doesn't bother me) Besides that this is a great solid sound boat that is VERY dependable and will not do you wrong. I have a copy of the survey that was done on it in late 2015.
