Dejon 14 boat with Mercury 9.9HP Outboard & Road TrailerThe Dejon is a light weight 14 foot boat that is easy to tow with a smallish car and easily launched by 1 person.It is surprisingly seaworthy for its size and weight. The 9.9Hp engine provides all the power that is needed and moves the boat at speed. The boat is in very good condition. I bought it 3 years ago as a hull and deck that had been professionally restored. I fitted new widows with rubber seals and new stainless steel fittings. I also fitted a stainless auxiliary outboard bracket. The boat is very solid and is ready for use. The hull is is in nice condition and still shiny. There are just 3 or 4 repaired chips in the gel coat. There is no cracking. The deck is also in nice condition, but has a few hairline cracks in the gel coat and some unused holes that have been plugged. The interior is very clean.The seats lift up to provide storage.The mercury outboard is old, but starts easily and is reliable.The trailer is in good condition and fully roadworthy. Last year it had new wheels, tyres, bearings, hubs, mudguards, winch and jockey wheel.Also included is a 12L fuel tank and cover.As it is under 10HP insurance is very cheap. Last year it was just £35 for the year (Newtoncrum.com) Viewing is welcomed.Collection is from St. Asaph in North WalesThe boat is not advertised elsewhere and there is no reserve so it will be sold to the highest bidder.Cash on collection please.
