52' Pilot Cutter, "High Force". Built by Xander Robertson & Sons, designed by G.L. Watson & Co in 1975. GRP construction, good solid hull. Twin Detroit Diesel Engines, good runners. 16' beam, 5' 6" draft. Large wheelhouse, expensive diesel powered stove/heater. In need of complete internal refit. Will make excellent houseboat if you have the time and skills. Comes with a few toys, radar, electric toilet, electric anchor winch, swim deck etc. Currently permanently moored on the River Trent in Nottingham, £200 pcm, power hook-up, facilities etc. First to see will buy, she's a lot of boat for the money!
