This Seamaster 20 Captain is plated as number 2244. The boat was removed from the water for a repair to the hull which has been done (see photo). It is now ready for an overhaul / renovation.The boat is located at Barrow-upon-Soar in Leicestershire and can be kept here (fees to be paid). A mooring is currently available too.There is no engine and no trailer included in the sale.Please contact the park to discuss the fees etc. for future mooring / land based storage. Tel 01509 412434. Background to the Seamaster 20:The Seamaster 20 Captain is a more modern design development of the old 20, with a longer keel and more angular superstructure. From new this craft was fitted with an outboard motor, or with a Wortham Blake/Ford inboard petrol engine. The boat had 2-3 berths in the cabin. This hull design is still featured in the Viking 20 models. The headroom at 5ft 7.5ins is generous for a small boat. 165 boats were built in total.
