Single burner portable gas range, runs off disposable gas cylinders. She does have a hot water heater, but it is not currently connected. 12 gallon water tank aboard. Head: Jabsco head. No shower. Small storage compartment and ventilation hatch. Holding tank with no outlet to sea water, only deck pump out. Deck Equipment: Main sail, two jib sails and a spinnaker. Anchor and anchor rode. Two winches in cockpit for jib and one on dog house for mainsail and jib halyard. Aluminum mast and boom. Lines led to cockpit for safety and ease of operation. Tiller steering with teak tiller and rudder. Swim latter on transom. Red leather seats for cockpit. Electronics: Autohelm BiData depth/speed indicator, TV and DVD player down below, 12v house system and 120v shore power. Shore power cord. New Iota DLS-45 battery charger. Separate house and starting battery banks. One Jabso bilge pump, located under starboard settee. Engine: Yanmar 1GM10 single cylinder 9HP diesel, seems to have been repainted recently. Has a 6 gallon diesel tank aboard. Notes: some spots need attention, like ice box lid had some moisture in it and underneath the nav. Station.
