Westerly Berwick, Ketch 31ft, Currently on the hard in Rochefort, France. Upon sale via eBay, you will need to complete an ‘Acte de Vente’ to take possession. You will also need to sign a contract with the boatyard for future hardstand fees. She has not been worked on for 3 years, and has a layer of moss and dirt. This appears to be easily removable (see photo). Topside has previously been painted appx 2011, and she has been epoxied appx 2003 Not been in water since 2000. · Outstanding Fees? o None, for the purchaser. · Can she be kept at the boatyard until sea worthy? o She can continue to be kept at the boatyard until seaworthy o You will need to sign the contract for “droit de port” with the boatyard, immediately upon purchase. · Title o Please note this boat is not registered, like many old British small boats, there is no title, just a letter giving the right to ownership. We will raise an ‘Acte de Vente’ for transfer of ownership. · Monthly Fees o About 75EUR per month for 2017 o Boatyard cost to put back in to water is unknown. · Weather Tight o Yes, bone dry last checked · Water Proofed o Yes, small bolt hole in the foredeck. · Electric supply in boatyard o A supply is available, you will need an extension lead of about 150 metres · Water o You will need water containers for cleaning and working on the boat, there is no water supply in the boatyard. · Upholstery o Needs complete replacement, no foam or soft furnishing everything removed. o Headliner removed.
