Currently in the water at Brighton Marina. The following jobs have been done since the original description which is included below:Lifted, scrubbed & anti-fouled - Feb 2017New mainsheet traveller blocks & lines - March 2017Oil & fuel filters changed, fuel system bled and new vee belt fitted - April 2017New forestay, genoa halyard & furling line - April 2017New genoa sheets - April 2017USB Charging ports fitted to chart table - April 2017New full gas bottle fitted - April 2017Having just spent a week on board sailing almost 200 miles in and around the Solent everything is shook down and ready to go, she's a lovely boat to sail and just needs some TLC to make someone very happy. There are some cosmetic jobs (stripping and repainting the top deck & recovering the upholstery) that still need doing and the engine could do with a decent service as it can be slow to start when cold but runs well once going. All photos are from within the last 3 months (the first 5 within the last 2 weeks).Marina fees are paid up until 27th May 2017, after which you would need to move or make arrangements for a mooring with the marina office. I will send the documentation (bill of sale, builders certificate etc), along with a few bits I have with me via first class recorded delivery upon receiving payment.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**PLEASE NOTE** Unfortunately I'm unable to accompany individual viewings as I'm not based locally and as such she is sold 'as is where is'.
