This Hunter 45 is located in Masters Harbour Exuma, Bahamas on dry dock.When we purchased her she had let loose from her mooring and ended up on her side on the rocks which placed a gash in her side and took on some water, but it did not touch the engine or electronics.Since then it has been professionally repaired, new batteries, professionally polished and cleaned last week, 1998-2000 Hunters go for $150,000 plus.Known issuesNeeds a new windlassAC unit does not work,( having it looked at next week, Island time) however there is a portable AC unit in the aft cabin.Some brite work and sanding on the starboard nav station area required.General cleanup belowHave not tested the water maker or the Kohler generator.Sails are good Includes spinnaker and staysailBimini good condition, has a few years leftEngine great conditionAll electronics including function properlyIncludes a dinghy and 4 hp YamahaWind generatorAll dishes and new bedding on board, barbeque, full propane tank many extras.Incidentley these pics were taken last week, and we slept on her in Georgetown, before she was returned to dry dockWhy sell?
