1983 Ericson Sloop, fixed keel , trailer-able but no trailer included.Overall good condition, 6hp outboard.Boat has been sitting un used and will need a good cleaning.Solid boat for the money.Slip is available for a monthly fee.Boat is at Cabrillo way marina in San Pedro California. I live in Arizona and will either meet up at the boat or mail the title to the new owner.
