45ft narrow boat (david piper circa 1979) project, requires a new Base plate and interior work hence the starting price. The interior has had some recent work. New water pipes from the water tank finishing in the kitchen. The ceiling has been partially replaced (tongue and groove), as have the floors and the lower part of the wall(marine ply). The kitchen itself has had a new ikea sink and work top in the last 12 month, though it could do with a final fit. The electric cables for sockets and lights also have been updated both a 240v loop and 12v, these again have only been fitted from the front of the boat to the kitchen area with enough cable to continue to the engine room. The bathroom has a pump out tank and shower but really needs refitting entirely. The bedroom has a bed that goes across the boat with 2 storage draws beneath and 2 cupboards one of which contains the hot water tank which heats for the engine. The bedroom is livable but needs refitting eventually. The engine room is separated from the main part of the boat by a bulk head and contains a working bmc 1.5 and a gas locker (which is in need of a new Base to make it gas safe).
