DLP's Family Fish (Daddy's Little Princess).PA Title: HIN# SERF32770881 (Lien release from NFCU DTD 29DEC2016 - Title & Release Letter in Hand).31' with a 12' Beam (11'11")  but LOA is 37' including bow pulpit & swim deck. ( LOA per marina storage and paint bills).Motors: Twin Mercruiser 454 cid (Model 340 Bluewater) approx 1380 Hours (little finicky until they warm up). Twin fuel (Gas) tanks total 204 gal (102 gal each).Onan Generator, Heat & A/C (super cold), Windlass Anchor, bow spotlight, Galley with 2 refrigerators & microwave, Head w/hand held shower, macerator,  fresh water system, stereo, shore power, etc.Have original owner's manual.New anti-fouling bottom paint, all anodes replaced, etc (with every Spring service).Motors run strong - Marina professionally maintained (Spring & Fall Services) - Winter storage also at marina.Spring Sea Test - Both motors at operating temp ran 4K RPMs at 165 Deg F (from invoice# 217329 - 20APR2017). ...Have service receipts from the marina for the past few years & some before that from the previous owner.100 Hour Service performed end of 2015 season ...life happens (new house & kids off to college), only had it out 3X last May (inland/bay fishing w/6yo little princess last season). Marina found 4 leaks with Spring recommissioning (2016) - Resolved by repacking the port & starboard motor stuffing boxes & replaced the port & starboard motor intake strainer gaskets. Overall needs some TLC/Repairs - Teak needs to be refinished (...Teak is worst on the swim deck (see photo). Nav/anchor lights were inop during recommissioning/sea test but I didn't have the problem sourced since they worked when she went into winter storage - My plan was to swap out the bulbs & go from there.  I haven't recommissioned the generator from 2015 (I never needed it only having her out a few times in the bay last May). I can't guarantee everything works but as far as I know I've disclosed the issues that are known - I have not had her out yet this season. As stated above, the marina mechanics did the sea test with Spring recommissioning but that was mainly drive systems, bildges, etc. Decking and hull fiberglass in overall good condition.Old Garmin GPS/Chart plotter (GPSMAP-182) screen was going last season - it's dead now. I bought an EchoMap 74dv to replace it but it hasn't been installed, it's new and in the box with included transducer. (pd 500 for it, if you want it I'll split it with you 250 on top of auction price - can be paid at pick up).Extra set of brass props, have the Isinglass, screens & framing but the camper top & bimini canvases in the photos were dry rotted and disposed of.Have 2 big mooring covers: the one in photos, a larger one that snaps below the windshield, also have a helm cover & cabin door cover (both brown). It's been in the water since 14APR2017 but I haven't had time to take it out yet.Slip (01APR - 01DEC) paid in full $2100, if you want to keep it, I'll split it with you. (1050 paid separate of auction price - can be paid at pick up).Sold as is - no warranty expressed or implied....Sorry if the post is information overkill.Looking for a smaller/trailerable boat: LOA 24-27’ pilothouse (Osprey, Parker, etc) but need to sell this one first.
