I'm selling my home it's a 1982 DeGroot 30. 3.8 BMC engine. 30x12ft. Water draft 2x6ft air draft 9x10ft. Tich is fully self sufficient run by 3 solar panels and gas bottles. We bought the boat 2.5 years ago gutted it and re modelled the inside for a liveaboard it has been fully insulated and includes a mooring space if required at canvey island. The mooring is not for sale just the boat if you wish to live here the monthly rent is about £84 Pcm. There is option to move mooring tfurther round the north bank but my spot is perfect I'm on the end of the marina with no noisy neighbours and a wide jetty ideal for working on. Inside the boat there s a bouble bedroom at the back with 2 wardrobes and under bed storage, The wheelhouse also has 2 storage cupboards and a few hidden spaces. I have recently bought a new fridge with small freezer compartment and the steering section, 2 inverters to run the electrics and under the floor is the engine bay. The front of the boat ncludes: pot belly log burner with a new flu, a kitchen area with gas cooker and hob, sink, boiler and more cupboard units. There is als a wet room bathroom with toilet and shower. Then the front room has a table and chairs that convert into a double bed. Please don't go by the pictures you really have to see the inside to get the full effect of the size I live her very comfortable at the moment and previous to that lived with a partner (and his children at weekends) unfortunately we are no longer together so technical questions I may not be able to help but will try to find the answer. The boat does run very nicely but one of the cables snapped which I am trying to get fixed.
