Model: Warwick W21 Keel: Twin bilge keels

1971 Westerly Warwick 21.  Solid, tough, and economical cruiser with twin bilge keels and tiller steering.  Excellent choice for inexpensive, do-anything starter boat for young couple with child, or even super-economical single handed live-aboard, or maybe exploring French canals.  Easily managed with roller furling genoa, in-mast reefing Maxiroach mainsail, and a replacement Yanmar 1GM10 diesel inboard engine in very good condition, she offers simple and low cost cruising under sail.  She takes the ground with ease, and her shallow draft (2ft 9ins), lets you explore areas inaccessible to others.  She has 5ft 10ins standing headroom, 3-4 berths in 2 cabins, and a separate w.c, (2017).   Her inventory includes DSC VHF radio, Auto pilot, GPS, depth sounder, log, gas cooker with grill (not to current standards), sink with electric pump, stainless fuel and water tanks, Danforth anchor and admiralty pattern kedge, dodgers, spinnaker with pole, bulkhead and hand held compasses, lifebouy, navigation lights, adequate fenders and warps.  She is well maintained, having had recent epoxy treatment by previous owner, and this year (2017), has had a full engine service with filters, anode and impeller, keels checked and tightened, brightwork varnished, wc seacocks serviced, sink seacock replaced, fresh water hoses replaced and tank cleaned, log skin fitting replaced, mainsail handling system repaired, and 3 coats of self ablating antifouling applied.  Currently afloat Gosport and in regular use.  Viewing encouraged.  Genuine reason for sale.  Payment by bank transfer.  Deposit will be required to secure sale pending survey if required.  Call or text me to arrange viewing, 07891295290.
