You are bidding on a 1998 Sea Ray 270 Sundancer.  Single engine: 7.4 Mercruiser.  470 hours.  Runs strong.  All service work done at Ahoy Marine at Allatoona Landing on Lake Allatoona, where the boat is kept in a slip.  I have owned this boat for appox. 2 years.  Love it but no time to use it.  Boat DOES have: working refrigerator, microwave, 5-CD stereo, cabin and deck lights, depth finder, spotlight, 2 sinks, toilet, extra cushion to convert deck seats into sunbed, two bimini tops, deck table (stored under engine hatch), 3 beds.  Boat does NOT have AC, generator, or trailer.  Full disclosure: knob on stove is stuck so I've never used the stove inside.
