1978 Peterson 34' sloop "Pileus" built by Island Yacht Corp. Designer Doug Peterson. She is a fiberglass hull and deck with an 11' beam. Powered by a 15 HP Yanmar diesel engine. Latest haul-out and bottom job was 04/06/2017 and reported to have no blisters at that time. Good electronics including radar, GPS, Raymarine Auto Pilot. Tiller steering, davits, however dinghy or outboard extra. Bimini, dodger & wind generator. Semi-finished interior. Head with holding tank but no water. Cruisair 16,000 BTU AC/heat. The galley will need equipment for any cruising. There is no water tank or water system installed on the boat. No refrigeration or stove. Main and jib. Fin keel with spade rudder and a draft of 6'3".
