This is a 23 foot walk around cuddy cabin sport-fisher made by Renken. Don’t worry about the zero feedback. We have been on eBay for a long time. We just decided to make a new account. This boat is truly a barn find. We believe it has seen very little time on the water. The hull is in great shape. There were zero holes drilled in it when we got it. The transom is rock solid. The cuddy cabin looks as close as you can get to new for this kind of money. We believe this is the original Mercruiser engine and out drive. The Mercruiser engine has been inspected with no signs of wear or sludge. We replaced the lower unit gimble bearing and all 3 bellows. We converted the stator charging system to a standard marine alternator.  This is a well-kept, restored, salt water ready stable fishing vessel. It’s just about as big as can be handled easily on a trailer, no need to pay a slip fee.  It’s the best of both worlds. You will be hard pressed to find a walk-around with an inboard engine anywhere close to this price. Most are outboard with thousands of hours on them. A bit of buying advice about used boats from a boat dealer: I will be the first to tell you to be careful when buying a used boat. If we are buying a boat with an outboard engine, we will pay only what the boat is worth without an engine. Outboard engines are run hard at high rpms and extremely expensive to repair. We try to avoid them. We have been bit too many times. Mercruiser engines are rock solid and easy to work on. Be leery about the electrical system. Water can corrode the entire electrical system and components. For whatever reason, we find butchered up, un-fused, sloppy electrical modifications/installs in almost every boat we buy. You would not believe some of the things we have found.  Be careful of wood rot when buying boats. Boats are used in water. Some are neglected and left in the weather. I have seen some floors so bad that you will sink to the hull. Rotten transoms are some of the most expensive things to fix. Here is how to tell, get up on the cavitation plate of the drive and jump up and down. If it moves any at all, RUN. Now, having said all that, properly maintained, rot free boats with solid powertrains are a great value. Boats have become unbelievably expensive. A good solid used vessel will save you tens of thousands of dollars. A boat like this new would run in excess of $150,000. Choose carefully, take your flashlight, have a mechanic check it. Above all else, insist for a test run on the water. We have nothing to hide and want you satisfied with your purchase.
