1987 Hunter 34 Sailboat, boat, Hunter, sloop, diesel, sail boat
Tallgirl, is a distinctive, clean, attractive sailing yacht. Well maintained over the last decade with upgrades made to her every year. You will find that the owner of this boat actively enjoyed her as evidenced by the interior and exterior finish on all surfaces. Tallgirl is maintained by a local NJ Marina and was moved onto the hard for the winter. This vessel is turnkey and is ready to sail this spring. This Hunter 34 looks so good that you'll want to make her YOURS ! The Hunter 34 has headroom to accommodate a 6'4" tall person and for those of us that are more modest in height, well, we just have more elbow room. She includes a large galley, large main salon, large shower head, a good size "V" berth and a decent size double berth aft. Helping in this quest for space is the hefty 11' 7" beam. This beam also yields a boat of better stability and one with large, wide walkways and a cockpit that is more than adequate. I have to say that the interior is larger than some 40 foot boats. 1987 is one of the classic years for Hunter known for excellent sailing performance. Tallgirl sails quite well in light air due to its big rig and sail coverage. On deck you'll find an excellent layout and cockpit. Nicely equipped, this Hunter will prove to be an all around winner for her new owners or new sailors because she is very forgiving for her size! Tallgirl will come with a full compliment of sails, new rigging and many extras too many to list here. It is a ton of boat for the money - you will not find a bigger 34 footer of the same vintage with a better bang for your buck value. A word about Ebay and the purchase of this vessel: Tallgirl is a vessel for the serious buyer. She is not a project boat and I will not entertain low balling, consider trades, or Ebayers with negative feedback. An immediate non refundable Paypal deposit of is required upon purchase. Balance due is to be paid within ten business days in cash or Bank certified check upon seller’s approval. This is not an auction. She is on the hard for the winter at a local marina. Preparations are being made for a late Spring launch. Sea or transport by ground at the buyers cost/option.
