This is a very fast ski boat. A few years ago the original carbureted motor was replaced with a brand new PCM GT-40 multiport fuel injected motor that makes 310hp. It runs very smooth and very strong. It's also fitted with an Amsoil filtration system, and has only had Amsoil ran through it (changed frequently). Mechanically, this boat is in wonderful condition and is ready for the water.This boat comes with a full snap-on cover, high-power tower lights, upgraded speedo, and a depth finder. It's the perfect starter ski/wakeboard boat. The Ski Nautique 2001 is known for a flat ski wake at high slalom speeds, and a very impressive wakeboard wake at wakeboard speeds.The only issues are a few minor seam splits in the rear bottom cushion, a few dings in the gel coat, and a very small/minor soft spot in the floor near the pylon.The motor mounts and the rest of the floor are very solid. The prop, drive shaft, and rudder are in excellent condition. All lights work. Trailer has very good tires (trailer is a 1987).With the new motor, tower, tower lights, etc., more than $14K has been invested in this boat.
