This is a Wellcraft Scarab Go Fast 22 footer. 8 feet beam Mark IV  454 V8 ( 7.4L) Mercruiser Magnum engine. The engine is Carbureted (Quadrajet 800 cfm) , with thru hull exhaust, It is not a Mark V engine with the fuel injection and cylinder  head issues, this one is like any Big Block Chevy you will find in 70s Camaro , Corvette and Chevelle, so all the aftermarket parts (Performance  Cams, heads , intakes carburetors) for cars will fit on this engine bolt on.Has a performance stainless steel prop, 23 pitch , Mercruiser Mirage 23 plus , one of the best prop you can fit to this boat. The gelcoat on this boat is still very white and crack free, only minor pitting on the top of the deck in two very small areas. The hull is solid, so are the floors, The wellcraft boats , especially the Go Fast hull is a world class boat that is extremely well built for fast paced runs in medium rough waters. The boat hasn't been used for 3 years , but always sat indoor storage winter or summer.the trailer is included but brakes needs to be redone , tires are getting old. I can deliver the boat for a fee anywhere, the trailer can e used as is to take your boat to the ramp, but if you are planning on trailering it on long hauls , just replace the brakes and  tires. The pictures will show you all the stuff that requires attention , like re dying the top of the upholstery,  there are no cracks or rips. This boat is super simple,  analog gauges, no trim tabs, carbureted, thru hull exhaust ( loud !) With that prop its a 60-65 MPH Boat ,it will pull tubers , skiers and the rear swim platform is convenient for the kids. The rail guard around see the pictures has to be changed , its cracked at the bow, see picture. ( Cheap to replace) , and one crack on the finish cover on the left side (picture) Needs a gas gauge installed.I would redo the bottom paint before hitting the water, since the boat has been dry for 3 years. Just use a paint roll and some Interlux anti-fouling paint if you just want to keep it cheap and quick. To reseal the bottom.I was planning on keeping it and totally redo the boat with full paint job or wrap , re dye the interior but I don't have time,Im building a house this year and now we are far from any decent lakes .The boat and trailer are functional as-is.The boat is located in my warehouse in Rouses Point NY where the pictures have been taken , on lake Champlain NY,  its a US boat and registered in the US.If you are a Canadian buyer I can take care of the importation paperwork for you.Bid with confidence , the open bid is half of what these boats go for. Summer is around the corner!I can help with shipping or delivery anywhere in the US or Canada.
