For sale our Macwester 26 GRP Hull with bilge keels with a 3ft draft.After 10 years of ownership we have decided to sell her as we no longer have the time for her anymore due to other commitments.
She has aluminium mast and stainless steel rigging / stainless steel push pit pull pit and stantions.Sails included are a Main sail / 2 Jib sails in good condition / Spray dodgers in blue with her name ( Nord Kap ) and as new sail cover.Volvo md2b diesel engine which has served us well for the last ten years.She has 2 forward births and 2 births in the saloon.Head room in the saloon is just over 6ft and in the galley is about 5'10. Im 5'11 and full head space in the saloon and galley i tilt my head a bit.seperate heads with chemical toilet.Galley with stainless steel combined sink with 2 ring gas burners.Anchor with Chain / Garmin 128 GPS / Nasa depth sounder / Steering compass.Currently working on her when we can tidying and cleaning her up, as seen of interior freshly painted and varnished.On going project requiring further work to complete as you require or could use as is.She is moored in a private yacht club in Fleetwood area Lancashire.She has not been used for over 2 years, so she needs a good clean on the outside with a pressure washer which if i get chance next weekend will do
and add pictures.The last picture is of when she was last used on her mooring over 2 years ago to show what she could look like with not much effort.Just to let anyone interested pressure to move is not a problem if transport by lorry is needed which would need to be a hiab lorry due to weight of around 3.5 to 4 ton.Also anyone interested living out of the area has an ideal excuse to have a perfect chance of a holiday sailing from the river wyre and change of scenery sailing morecambe bay to piel island / isle of man and ireland, or moor up in Fleetwood marina which would be perfect for all local places to shop in the freeport next door or Blackpool just a few ideas as a floating second home.
