The dinner table drops down and coverts to a sizable berth for 1, 2 at the V berth and 1 at the starboard side. This is #41. Built in Beamsville, Ontario Canada, has lots of storage space.Photo of boat under full sail is of another Halman, just for show. L.O.A - 27’ L.W.L 23’ Beam 9’8” Displ. 7,000 lbs. Draft - 4', Ballast - 2,250 lbs. Sail Area - 320 sq. ft. Unlike sailboats with a longer trailing transom, most of the helm is dedicated to people space.This a Blue Water boat, with a round back for coming off the waves easy. Teak Interior trough-out. Designed by Michael Voller, and comes with a recent signed copy of the drawing from the designer . Engine: Yanmar Diesel 2GM – 2 Cylinder 18 hp motor Lawrence System 520C GPS System, and the original Standard Depth Sounder as backup . Auto Pilot – 2000 New Main Sail 2016 New Bilge pump 2015 New Sail Covers 2015New Two Solar Powered Cowl Vent ( NICRO )New Cabin Sole (flooring) with 2 access hatches. New electrical panel, main switch and AMP, volt meter. New Captains Desk light, New fresh water filler hose and head hose, IT needs a holding tank. New Natus clutches, for halyards and sheets New lines, for roller furling, drum and sail, Does not have a holding tank, Rebuilt roller furiling and forestay 2015. New wind vang, 2015 New Mainsail sheet. Bottom paint 2016 Fresh water tank 30 gal, Fuel 10 gal. Comes with the Original Teak steering wheel and additional tiller handle connects to top of rudder.
