For Sale our 1974 Norman Cabin cruiser 3 berth which we have owned for 4 1/2 yearsready to go for the summer with mooring paid until December, just jump on and go.the boat is moored on the Lancaster canal. and is sold with mooring fees and canal licence until December 2017.ideal 1st boat for the summer,previous owner had done a full refit just before we bought it, also taking it out of the water. 4 1/2 years ago.the boat safety certificate is due in june but I will renew this for the new buyer.everything on the boat will be included in the sale, bedding, pots, pans, curtains, tv etc.the boat has an end bed which can be left made, and seating on 1 side of the boat, on the other side of the boat, it is fitted with kitchen units and worktop space. with sink, and gas hob & grill. also it has a toilet area with a porta loo.the boat is in good clean condition and we will be sad to see it go, but we are now wanting a motorhome. if you don't know the Lancaster canal, it is a canal that is 40 miles without any locks, anymore information please click on ask seller a question
