There's Barn Finds, then there's Barn Finds! Yes, this came out of a (really clean!) barn, but our assessment of condition rates it more "time capsule" than "barn find". You'd expect Minnesota would be where you'd find Larson boats like this, as they were made in Little Falls, MN. You vintage boat guys will recognize the Larson name, Paul Larson developed the famous Falls Flyer, and patented the design in the 1930's. Larson made the transition to fiberglass in the 1950's and prospered. This 1970 16' Shark is equipped with its' original OMC stern drive. The powerplant is based on the Buick nailhead V-6, with 155 horsepower. Note the original Spartan tandem axle trailer, just as perfect as the boat. A one-owner boat, and while there's no hour meter, the original owner suggested there may not be a total of 50 hours accrued. Original labels everywhere, including on the 18 gallon roto-molded fuel tank. The seats look as if they've never been sat upon. The vintage fiberglass market is growing in popularity, and we're pleased to be able to bring this 1970 tri-hull to the market!
