Seamaster 27 Project. Hull / Stern gland / Rudder mechanically sound ( no leaks over days -months ! ), but requires removal of old bottom paint, check over, then antifoul etc. . Deck / roof of Cabin / parts of wheel house require woodwork (simple fix for some but not my area of expertise, hence sale so cheap !)
Its a single engined cruiser but is supplied with 2x bmc 1500 diesels fitted with hurth /prm gearboxes. They are AMC/ thornycroft type engines so bulletproof after they are sorted properly. Both engines start, with the blue unit just requiring a mechanical check over / paint before return to hull. I will be fitting a set of glow plugs but all else up to buyer. The green unit starts as well, requires work to valve stem seals, injectors , full check over , but it has no knocking etc to suggest bottom end damage , so good for rebuild or spares for blue as the pump / gearbox etc. are high value !
