It can then be completely fitted out and equipped to be a 60’ x 6’10” 2 / 2 berth Dynasty Narrow Boat, with everything you need for cruising or living aboard. As this Dynasty is currently a stock/show boat, it will be fitted out to a higher than standard spec; the full list of extras is as yet undecided. Therefore, as the build progresses, this boat price will possibly go up in price. If you are interested in this boat, you have time to come on board now and make the interior colour choices and (some) design layout finishes which will shape its final price. The current extras and upgrades, over and above a standard Dynasty spec (please check out website and description below) includes an additional 3ft, a two colour paint scheme, double glazed windows and a bow thruster. This boat will include all soft furnishings, fitted L Shaped dinette with storage underneath, roller blinds, fitted king size double bed with mattress, central heating, cruising kit, navigation lights, headlight, horn, bow well deck, stern and bow fenders, diesel in the tank, R.C.D. (Recreational Craft Directive) documentation and much, much more. Reverse Layout: Cruiser Stern - into Galley with 4 ring gas hob, oven, SS sink, u/c Fridge with freezer compartment, solid oak worktops, storage cupboards. Next in the Saloon with L shaped dinette & storageNext into bunk room off the corridor, with two single beds, with their own storage cupboards in the corridor and cubby hole at the head of each bed.Next into the walk through bathroom with 800x800mm quadrant shower, corner unit with sink and cassette toilet.Next into the bedroom in the bow with fitted king size bed and mattress.Interior finish. Light Ash paneling, Ash hardwood trim and window surrounds, finished with 3 coats of hard wearing varnish complete a minimalist but efficient fit-out, maximizing practicality, comfort, warmth and storage, creating the feel of space with a classic elegant feel. The floor in each room has been carefully chosen for its ability to enhance the elegant look of the Ash and give the comfort and durability you would expect in one of our boats using luxury Karndean flooring. The interior lighting is low energy LED down lights and wall lights, supplying maximum light, at the same time massively reducing battery usage. Exterior finish. The hull is professionally sand blasted then sprayed with epoxy primer. Below the water line we apply two coats of pitch epoxy, which we estimate will increase the haul out and blacking periods by two to three years. Above the water line we apply one coat of epoxy primer, then a high build 2 pack primer and finally 2 pack gloss top coat to give you the ultimate protection with a long lasting shine. All our boats are supplied and fitted with sacrificial anodes.Engine & Propulsion: The Vetus M4.45 diesel engine engine will be professionally fitted and supplied with a manufacturer’s 5 year guarantee. All engine related equipment will also be Vetus and carry a 3 year guarantee. There will also be a Vetus Bow 55kg Bow thruster fitted to assist ease of manoeuvrability.
