My wife wants new floors and countertops and "we don't use the boat enough with our schedules", so she wins.. again. The boat is in great condition. I brought it back down here this fall, but prior to that it had pretty much just been used in Georgia and Alabama. It has roller furling jib that is crisp and mainsail that is very crisp. Both have been stored indoors. All cushions inside are in very good condition. Some of the ropes might need replacing after this season, but as of now, it is sail ready. I spent about 1k on motor last year just to have good maintenance on it. Fuel pumps, high and low, water pump, filters, oil, gear lube, steering cables.. just about everything. It had 41 hours as of the end of last season. I had the boat detailed and it looked like new last year, but they didn't use the right wax and now it is chalky again. I took the buffer a part of it and the dark blue came right back. I will be buffing it within the next couple weeks if it doesn't sell. The boat is not perfect but in good sound condition and ready to sail or motor. I do have GPS as well on it. If you have any questions or want to see it just let me know. Thank you
