Aqua Jeep 430 (Project Boat / Spares or Repair I originally purchased this boat as a project approx. 1.5 years ago, I do not personally have the time to finish it off due to starting a new job as well as having Grandparent duties which is more important to me now than the boat, so she has to go as it is taking space up, I have done most of the hard work / preparation, there is still repairs here and there still to do / painting, like I say this is a project boat, sold as spares or repair, Wheel hubs and jockey wheel & rubber support block are all New on the trailer, purchased by myself, I tow it with a 2.0.ltr Mondeo no problem at all, it’s not a heavy boat, and I towed it back 100 miles when I purchased it, Easy to launch,
I believe the boat is 4.3mtrs long
In General the trailer is in road worthy condition, it was a lot worse believe me, you just need to manufacturer a new box section to support the boat on the trailer or cut out & weld up the current rotten sections, I was going to have this done when I had finished the boat, I started to remove the Antifoul, the rubber around the boat I used good quality tyre paint Looking at it, it hasn’t dried very well and is still sticky, it’s been like that for a while now, white spirit or something similar would sort it out, The Aqua Jeep is what the Australians used as Rescue boats due to the Catamaran hull for stability, These boats are very RARE in the UK, I carried out a lot of research on these boats and scoured the country for one as I wanted to use it for Sea fishing, The trailer needs welding on both the bottom rails of the box section, I tow the boat around locally but I would recommend having it repaired asap if you plan to keep moving the boat frequently until it is fully restoredI grinded all of the surface rust off the trailer and hammerited it when I purchased it for peace of mind
