Leisure 23 Sailing Cruiser 5 Berth, 1976 classic yacht. Twin Bilge keel. 6 HP Lister inboard diesel engine fully serviced. £1700 spent last year on a Plastimo 609 Gennoa Furling system completely re-rigged (standing and running rig). DSC radio, GPS system, Compass, Depth gauge & Boat Log, 2 Burner cooker with Grill, Sink, New Sea Toilet, Life belt and throw in line included. Furling head sail and NEW UV Protection strip. NEW main sail cover, 2 NEW batteries 2016 with Solar panel and charging meter to keep batteries charged up. Engine, Sink & toilet seacocks all replaced and new annodes 2016. All Fenders and warps included. 2 Bilge Pumps (manual & electric). Anchor, chain & rope, Swim Ladder and spray dodgers. Just Anti-Fouled and polished and ready for the new season ahead. Boat now on the hard standing on Conwy Quayside, North Wales so easy to view. Reason for sale: Going back to power boating.Cash and BACS also accepted. If you are not keeping the boat in Conwy you need to arrange your own transport. If you are keeping the boat in Conwy a swinging mooring can be arranged with the Harbour office on Conwy quayside, approximate cost is £700 per annum. Please note although I own my own business, I am not a boat dealer, so this is a private sale.
