Hi and thanks for looking,Westerly Warwick bilge keel yacht number 201 out of 207 from 1976 in good condition being of the usual heavy layup as all westerly's of that generation.Usual marks expected for a forty year oldIdeal for creek crawling as takes to the ground and sits level in 2'10" water great for two adults with a little oneVarious upgrades from original;New Yanmar 1GM10 2008 all serviced with new exhaust bend 2015 runs very economical and starts on the button raw water cooled,Mew mast and standing rigging 2008 including in mast reefing with Maxi Roach sail and roller reefing for the Genoa new uv strip 2016Standing rigging replaced 2015/2016, with all lines lead to cockpit,New spray hood and dodgers 2015,New upholstery with vinyl to the fore cabin and cloth to the main cabin with new foam in the main cabin,new fitted carpet rubber backedNew battery 2015 new switch panel and partial rewire, lead nav lights and cabin lights,Icom vhf new 2016, steering compass Nasa Target depth and log and St1000 autohelm Twin burner hob small sink and work area, dinette unit ideal to hold the charts and drops down to form another berth, pilot berth on the port side with two further berths in the fore cabin junior sized.She is easily sailed single handed and getting in and out of marinas and harbours very simple with good low speed handling single lever engine controls close to the tiller location and a new laminated tiller with a 200mm rise giving a much better feel.Extra mid ship cleats also makes berthing simple with extra bow cleats saving on clutter of too many ropes around a single cleat.She has recent anti foul using Seajet 034 witch works very well in Poole new anode fitted at the same time.She is currently moored in Poole with possibility of moorings available at buyers expense excellent boat yards on hand if lift out for transport is required or just sail away, She is priced realistically as a new boat has just arrived and she needs to go after 6 years happy sailing around Poole and the IOWShe is a well mannered safe and comfortable move into cruising with a safe child friendly cockpit.
