New leisure battery in 2015 River Avon license paid for 2017 Safety certificate until 20 September 2020 Can stay on moorings until end of month then purchaser will be liable for any costs to move the boat. It may be possible to continue with the moorings subject to approval by the Moorings Owners who have said that it can be transferred. The moorings are 5 miles from Tewkesbury and really pretty with Electric and water for boat maintenance but not residential use. Monthly charge for moorings £88.00 The Front Cabin can comfortably sleep 2 people. Dining table drops down to sleep two people Easily sleeps 2 in the cockpit in the summer. There is a Small Toilet compartment with a Porta Potti Sink with Storage Underneath, additional cupboards and a full oven Plenty of space in the cockpit for 3-4 persons, Boat needs a little bit of carpentry done to the rear locker top and a clean after the winter. Not much but I can't do it. Ill health forces sale, my knees are playing up so I can’t get on the boat. Ideal for the Rivers and canal network and much less cost than a narrow boat. Includes boat hook, oars, life jackets, warps, gas bottle, Lot of bits and pieces.
