The Moody 33 Mk1, designed by Angus Primrose, is a robustly built centre cockpit cruiser with a good turn of speed under power and sails well, one of the most successful of the well renown Moody range. The design has withstood the test of time well with good looks and has real performance. Large centre cockpit high freeboard make this a safe family cruiser. With a linked Raymarine chart plotter and Navico auto pilot make this yacht is well suited to shorthanded sailing and also has the ability and design to undertake long distance passages. Sail to a preset or predetermined course. Powerful top of the range Lewmar 3 speed winches take care of the heavy work if needed. Spacious accommodation with a separate Heads gives privacy when wanted. 7 Berths in all, 2 in private forward cabin , 2 in private aft cabin, double in salon and 1 pilot berth, is an ideal combination for practical sailing in company. Sails dry stored over winter In commission and sailing shortly. This well presented example looks in good condition for her age, the gel coat has a few marks nothing serious but still shines up well with no signs of osmosis and down below there are some signs of wear and tear with a slight crack in shower floor.
