Selling a project that I am unable to complete, age and health has beaten me. 20 Metre / 65 Feet steel hull / timber top boat with twin turbo diesel engines in good going condition, marine generator to supply power to the boat, large front and rear deck suitable for outdoor areas as well as a rooftop area for up to twenty people. The boat would make a grand houseboat / live-a-board. You could live aboard while you update to a very nice houseboat/ live a board.  In the roughest of seas it just sits there with barely a roll.
