Selling my original 1959 18' Chris Craft Capri.  I bought it from the original owners son in 1999.  10 years ago the hull and motor were completely gone thru and restored.  The entire boat was re-bunged and is super tight.  In 2007 the original 283 engine was fixed/rebuilt and restored and only has a hand full of hours since.  Comes with the original trailer, a copy of the plans, parts catalog, and operation manual and many extra parts and original pieces.  With a little bit of time or money this boat could be a winning show boat.The boat is being sold as is (please see the pictures)- It has minor scratches and cracks and could use lacquer in a few spots, it needs to have a new oil pressure line run, the steering wheel could be restored, the original seat has a split in it, the hub caps need to have dents taken put of them and one of the tires loses air after a week or so.  What is not original - I had (2) 20,000 gallon bilge pumps installed.  It has a new gas pump and filter (originals are included with other spare parts in the sale).Own a pice of history - this is the same model that is featured on the cover of the book Wood through Water.  Please ask any questions prior to bidding.  Might be interested in trading for original Harley Knucklehead.
