This vessel is ready for the perfect family for live-aboard or intercoastal waterways and is currently located at Brunswick Landing Marina in Brunswick, Ga. It is being sold "AS IS" due to the engine having a blown head gasket. We have taken the engine apart, but really do not have the time to fix it, so we have decided to drop the price from $29,500.00 to the best offer above $10,000.00. The engine is a ISUZU 40HP Diesel and would be easy enough to repair or replace as there is a large hatch above galley for lowering a new engine through and the engine compartment can be easily accessed from all four side underneath the galley sink. We live several hours away and it is just not worth us going back and forth to fix."Ocean Odysea" is a 1978 Watkins 36'. She is a great ICW boat with shallow draft (4.5 feet) and has a bridge clearance of 46 feet.
