Hi and welcome to my auction of a Mariners Mate sail/motor boat. Perfect for you fishing types or just pottering around the harboursTRAILER NOT INCLUDED but please read all the listingUp for grabs I have a Mariners Mate 16' grp day boat with YANMAR YSE 8 inboard diesel engine. Electric start on the button with working charging for the battery.Engine has been serviced and running very sweet and very economical, chugging around Poole on a couple mug fulls of fuel.Just been antifouled and some new wash boards hatch and locker lids.Custom made laminated tiller. auto electric bilge pump and a manual aswell.( no other electrics apart from depth sounder)Small cabin to store your fishing rods and packed lunch, could even do an over night have one side only of internal cushions, easy fix to make the other side if required.She has bilge plates so will take to the bottom with out falling over, ideal for a drying mooring! and a depth sounder(fairly new) so you don't go aground too hard.She has a full set of sails with a roller jib and main sail and ropes to suit.Plenty of storage and just in case and a small wc up front(not tested!! but empty)To be honest not tried all the sails as bought the boat for the motor as its great around the harbour,but should be ok,the last owner only motored about without the mastMast goes up/down very easy as mounted in a tabernacle.So generally a fantastic boat but please remember its a 70's boat so has the usual knocks for a boat of this type.NOW THE SERIOUS BIT TRAILER NOT WITH THE BOATThe trailer is owned by a couple of us for moving boats around and will not be part of the sale or is for sale separately.However I am quite happy to delivery the boat to you for a fuel cost only as I need the boat off loading.I will require either full payment up front or a non refundable deposit prior to leaving to cover me from the few out there who don't play the game,sorry for the genuine bidders.please talk to me regards deliveryYou the buyer will be responsible for either slip or crane fees .She weighs in at just over a 1000kgs so not easy to run off trailer onto the ground.
