The boat was originally made as a bare foot ski boat as the large outboard can deliver more speed than the inboard variant.
- Year is 1989 and has a very large Mariner 175 2stroke outboard.
- The prop is a very large Quicksilver stainless one which cost £400
- The boat comes with a training boom also and a full waterproof cover.
The boat is all original and the boat has no damage. The boats seating is ok to use as is but if you are fussy I think you would have the seats wooden frames re made as they are rotting.
The boat has no corrosion to engine leg it has only ever been used on fresh water. The previous owner was a member of the club many years ago.
I bought the boat last year to use as a family ski boat but have gone into a boat share with a friend so I do t need a second boat now.
Before the boat was used at Carr Mill I had the following work done:
- Full service, oil pipes replaced, filters, spark plugs, impella and new fuel lines as a precaution.
Cost £580
- I had the steering replaced with hydraulic steering and a throttle pedal.
Cost £600
- Trailer bearings, breaks and 3 new Firestone tyres done on the trailer. I also replaced the bow stop bunks for rubber stops.
Cost £330
The boat currently owes me £3,259
