1984 Laguna Laguna 26

1984 26' Laguna sailboat plus boat slip and trailer. I have owned this boat for 6 years and during that time I have replaced all the standing rigging with one size larger  diameter stainless steel wire, both main and foresail, Foresail and main covers CDI roller furling, all ports and the forward hatch from the original manufacturer in California and added one color and one monochrome chart plotter. The boat is powered by a 9.9 Mercury outboard that I bought new in 2011. It easily has less then 100 hours on it. The slip is a dockominium and annual taxes are $389 annually and the Association fees are $900 annually. The Association fees are paid through next summer. Crosswinds Marina has a large bath house and a fish cleaning station. Winter storage for the boat is on the marina property and there is no additional charge for winter storage. This is an opportunity to own the entire package and never have to worry about where you are going to dock or store the boat. This is a keel boat and draws about 3 1/2 feet. The interior of the boat has standing headroom for me and I am 6'1" tall. Instrumentation includes a knot meter/depth sounder and a VHF radio plus a hand held VHF radio. Also there is a refrigerator in the galley which plugs in when connected to shore power. Also included are two Danforth anchors. Boat is located at Cross Winds Marina in Ludington, MI.
