For sale is our 1981 Irwin, Citation.They were built for the Caribbean cursing market in the late 70’ and 80’s. The 46´tall mast is great in moderate winds and can easily be reefed down when the wind picks up. She has a 4,300 lb. ballast and 10,400 lb. displacement, she is fast and stable, which makes for great sailing on the Chesapeake Bay. The shoal draft is 4’ and on the bay that can get you up most creeks.My wife and I love it, it’s a great boat, we have been sailing her for the last ten years. The cushions are all in good shape with little wear and no tears, no stains. The rear bunk cushion is missing, we never saw a reason to replace it. We use that area for storage, everyone needs a garage.ExteriorThe exterior is in good condition, for a 36 year old boat that has been used and well maintained. There are no soft spots on the deck or hull. There are two cockpit cushions in good condition.  The main sail cover, sun cover on the genoa and binnacle cover are in good condition.  There is a Bimini top, in good condition that covers the cockpitMiscellaneousThe boat is located in Fells Point, Maryland 21231.
